So, the way that you can be able to charge by using a conduction would be by having it be charge by a negative object and for it to be touched by a neutral charge.So from looking at your option's above, they seem to be worded out differently from my information, but I have come to know the answer from your option's. Your correct answer would be (a charged object touches a neutral object)

The point is here, even though it would have to be a (negative) charge, that point is that it is charge, so weather it is negative or positive, they are both charged what so ever.
