A cylindrical hoop of mass 5.1Kg with radius .035m is rotating counterclockwise and its axis of rotation at 21 radius per second . The two axis are the same, and the cylinder hoop is dropped so that it is centered on the rotating disk. Determine the angular velocity of the system on the hoop and disk toghter
