Use the materials to plan and conduct an experiment to investigate the conservation of electric charge. Your experiment should at a minimum use the following materials: fabric or other material that when rubbed induces an electric charge, and balloons. Your design should include all clear use of the materials and the methods you'd use in your scientific experiment. Explain how your experiment demonstrates evidence of conservation of electric charge.
