Electrostatic : Charging/conductor/insulator 1) Can insulator conduct charge to another objects upon touching??? if it can, how???
( I have seen the experiment that you rub your balloon with fabric or fur then you attach it to metal boll and it charge the metal ball. But, in class, my teacher say that if you touch the insulator that has charge to conductor, nothing will happen.)

2) Can insulator be charged by conduction??? if it can, how???

3) Can insulator that has charge be ground??? if it can, how???

Sorry for my bad grammar T-T
