A capacitor is an electronic component that stores and releases electricity in a circuit. It also passes alternating current without passing direct current. A capacitor is an indispensible part of electronic equipment and is thus almost invariably used in an electronic circuit.

Capacitors are useful to reduce the voltage pulsation. When the high voltage is applied to the parallel circuit, the capacitor is charged, and on the other hand, it is discharged with the low voltage. While electricity flowing out is alternating current, most of electronic circuits work with direct current.

as we know our atmosphere or air have different levels. every level has other gasses, and every gas has another permeability. when the light comes from lower permeability to higher permeability, it changes its direction. so that means that when the light comes from the moon to the earth, it changes it's direction many more times. it basically means that the shape of the light part of the moon is changed on the earth.
