Directions: Now that we have learned about calories, food portions and healthy eating basics, it is time to take inventory of our own eating habits. The purpose of this log is to give you an idea of how many calories you tend to average per day, as well as seeing if you are eating a well-rounded, nutritious diet and consuming enough water. This 3-Day Food Log will help you to see if there are areas in your diet that need some improvement, so you can make any necessary changes. Please be honest when filling out your log, otherwise you aren't getting the benefits from it.
