The correct order would be dilute, concentrated and saturated. Dilute solutions are solutions that contain small amount of solute. Concentrated solutions are solutions are those solutions which contains higher amount of solute sometimes near saturation. Saturated solutions, on the other hand, are solutions where the amount of solute particles had reach the maximum amount that could be dissolved in the solvent. It can also be considered as a concentrated solution. However, it should be higher than concentrated solution since the latter can contain solutes where the amount is higher than dilute but lower than saturated.

Sounds propagates through some kind of medium. usually it's air, but it goes just as well through solid objects like walls, windows etc. a soundwave will compress the (air)molecules in front of it, and if this increased density wave hits your ears, you register it as sound. solid objects like walls are a lot denser than air, this means that they will damp a wave, but also carry it easier.
