Is the amps in a parallel circuit the same throughout? like in a series circuit, the a (amps) is the same throughout i don't know if it applies to parallels though

No. the amps in a parallel circuit are different. higher amps go through lower resistances, lower amps through higher ones
but, the voltage across two resistors in parallel is the same for each.
