So I was randomly wondering how atoms can be packed together with electrons orbiting them. Like the atoms get all packed together to form objects and matter but what happens to the electrons? are they just pushed together or can they phase through solid matter.

It would probably cause more damage to the body or the object being phased through than shown in the comics/show, but it can be done.
