4. The Mayor of Valid-Land, Mr. Sheesh says that he would like to build a railway track through
the city so that transport of goods can be done 200% more efficiently. Currently, the railway
track is on the outskirts of town and generates 70 dB of sound intensity. The Mayor said that
bringing the train through the city would only raise the intensity by 30 dB, which is equivalent to
a soft whisper. Should the residents be concerned? Is there anything incorrect about Mr.
Sheesh's logic?
