Find normal foce: 

Fnet in the y direction is equal to 0. 

0 = Fn - Fg 
Fn = 0.70 (9.81) 
Fn = 6.867 N 

x direction: 

Fnet = Fapp - Ff 
0 = Fapp - mu(Fn) 
Fapp = 0.41(6.867) 
Fapp = 2.81547 N
