Las ollas a presión que utilizamos para cocinar en las casas trabajan a volumen constante. Al calentarlas se genera vapor que hace que la presión inicial, de aproximadamente 760 mm de Hg a temperatura ambiente (18ºC), aumente en su interior y como consecuencia aumente la temperatura a la que se produce la ebullición. En estas condiciones la temperatura de cocción del agua puede alcanzar los 130C. A partir de este dato, A) ¿Puedes indicar cuál es la presión que soportan estas ollas?
