The same moon phase shows up again 29.53 days later ... that's when
     the sky angle between the sun and moon will be the same.
Also during that time, the moon has crawled once around the whole sky ...
     having lost 24 hours to the sun.

                      (24 hours) / (29.53 days)  =  0.813 hour

                                                             =  48.8 minutes.
