A ladder of length 4 m is leaning against a wall at an angle of 60°. Its rungs are spaced 0.36 m apart. The ladder’s mass is insignificant compared to the 85 kg mass of a window washer who is climbing the ladder. The coefficient of static friction between the rubber feet of the ladder and the floor is 0.63, while you can ignore friction between the top of the ladder and the wall. What is the highest rung to which the washer can safely climb???
