In PE coach tells you you will be running a mile today so he wants you to warm up and stretch. Coach has the class line up at the starting line and yells GO! As you run, you breathe harder to bring in more oxygen. Your heart begins pumping faster to send that oxygen to your body’s cells. Your blood picks up the gas waste products from your cells and delivers it back to the lungs to be removed.

Please tell me which systems are working together to help sustain your body as you exercise in PE. You should have a minimum of 3 for partial credit.
