What is an interesting disease for me to do my anatomy paper on?

Kuru, or laughing death disease, is one of my favorites to research. It's so intriguing and it is somewhat strange. It's a neurodegenerative disease and it was caused by cannibalism. It's called laughind death because the people with this disease lose control over their emotions. It's fun to research this topic ^^
