THIS IS IB PHYSICS, TOPIC OF PROJECTILES
A volleyball court is 18m long. The net (which is in the middle) is 2.43m high.
A player serves the ball from the backline at a height of 3m. He hits it with an initial velocity of 18 m/s at an angle of 5º above the horizontal.
Does the ball make it over the net?
Then if you can answer this as well: Will the ball land inside the baseline?
