A beaker of mass 150g is filled with a liquid of mass 350g, both the beaker and water is initially at 20 degree Celsius. An electric heater of power rating 0.975kW is placed inside the beaker and switched on. Both the liquid and beaker's temperature rises. Find for how long was the heater used to provide heat energy. specific heat capacity of liquid =1500J/kg degree Celcius, specific heat capacity of beaker =250J/kg degree Celcius. Final temperature of beaker =60degree Celcius, final temperature of liquid= 45degree Celcius.
