The eye of the hurricane travels with a speed of 50km/h in the direction 20 degrees west of north, 2 hrs later the winds shift and the eye of the hurricane has a speed of 40km/h and it travels in the direction 10 degrees east of north. After passing over Miami, where is the eye of the hurricane located after 3hrs relative to Miami.
