Please Help!
T = 2π√*(l/g) T = period, l = length and g = acceleration due to gravity
g = 9.80 m/s2 on Earth, gJupiter = 24.6 m/s2 on Jupiter
Using the formula above, algebraically solve for 1.
Step 1: Divide both sides by 2π T/2π = √l/g
Step 2: Square both sides T2/4π2 = l/g
Step 3: Multiply both sides g gT2/4π2 = l
How long does the string need to be if I want to make a period of one oscillation per second? What about on Jupiter?

The rigid beam is supported by the three suspender bars. bars ab and ef are made of aluminum and bar cd is made of steel. if each bar has a cross-sectional area of 450 mm2, determine the maximum value of p if the allowable stress is (σallow)st = 200 mpa for the steel and ( σallow)al = 150 mpa for the aluminum. est = 200 gpa and eal = 70 gpa.
