A hanging block oscillating on the end of a spring passes through equilibrium at a speed of 2.0 m/s. It returns to equilibrium 0.75 s later. Calculate the total distance that it traveled between these two moments in its vibration. (Hint: How is the time related to the period? How is the distance traveled related to the amplitude?)
