For example-

Mitochondria produce energy in the cell.Nucleus is the information center that run the whole cell like a human brain.Lysosomes digest the objects inside the cell, work as digestive system inside the body.

The role of organ system in whole body is to provides oxygen and nutrients to the cells and eliminates the toxic material such as carbon dioxide.
