Compare two methods to improve the theoretical efficiency of a heat engine: lower the exhaust temperature tc by 10 k, or raise the input temperature th by 10 k. which method would result in the greater increase in efficiency?
both changes would give the same result.
there is nothing you can do to improve the theoretical efficiency of a heat engine.
