Can you turn this into math question for newton's 3rd law? and write out the math?

as i am jumping on the moon bounce, i am pushing down and exerting a downward action force. the moon bounce in return applies an opposite reaction force upwards. the reaction force pushes me high into the air. since both these forces are from different sources, they do not cancel each other out. the harder you jump the higher you are pushed into the air.
