A. well I wouldn't say wind because wind is a part of what happens with tornadoes

B. It would be glaciers because they stand alone unless wind or something takes responsible action for it to happen. So it takes either some other thing for it to happen like water and a really cold temperature.

C. Moving water is like rain so it would be a type of climate so it would not be the answer to what is not a main cause of weathering.

D. human actions is a cause for weathering because you can put a box of melted ice cream in a freezer and it will be frozen again.

To make this less confusing I would say it is B. Glaciers because glaciers cannot cause weather to happen.
