P = ( n ) ( R ) ( T ) / ( V )  

n = number of moles

R = Gas Constant = 0.08206 atm - L / gmol - K

T = Temperature in Kelvin

V= Volume in meters

P = ( n ) ( R ) ( T ) / ( V )  

P = {0.55 gmol  x  0.08206 atm - L / gmol - K x  305 K }/ 8.5 L

P = 1.62 atm
