A 30-year-old male presents to the emergency department with a history of severe headaches for 5 days. He gets 5 to 6 episodes per day that last 15 to 20 minutes at a time. They occur mostly in the evening and are unilateral. He complains of 10/10 pain right behind his left eye. On physical exam, the patient looks like he is in severe pain, and you notice unilateral rhinorrhea and lacrimation on the left side. How would you proceed
