I have serious lower back pain and can barely stand. I cant go the doctors and am only 16. What could of caused it and how do I stop it?
Please be quick cause I cant cope with this pain no more!

if u have lower back pain ... u can try eating some warm things!! like warm milk, almonds, cashews, date palms and things like that!
