Miguel Griego. Dec 2 (Edited Dec 4) 150 points Due Dec 8, 11:59 PM You are to make a training program for an athlete in his or her specific sport. The main objective is to show how an athlete progresses in their development in the sport and for themselves physically. You are to use the the calendar and logs given to show specific workouts for your athlete. 1. Use the calendar to make a schedule of your weekly workouts. You will need eight weeks of off-season workouts. Each week you must list daily workouts for the week showing what body parts you are working out. You need to have various workouts so you won't get repetitive. Each week you need to have balanced workouts and and days off for rest. Workouts should have warm ups, exercises, cool downs, cardio, and any sport specific workouts needed. 2. Daily logs must be used for two of the days per week. One log she be done on upper body and the other a lower body workout. All the numbers for the weight being lifted must be from the data you made on your athletes profile. Every two weeks you should show some type of small progression ultimately leading to a bigger gain at the end of the off- season. Make sure you are filling the logs outs correctly. If you are having any trouble or need help use class time or my office hours. OFF GLASON Daily Logs. xlsx Excel Off-season project. docx Word Class comments Add class comment >
