I keep rolling my ankle and have pulled a muscle in the back of my leg, running Cross Country. WHAT SHOULD I DO? Can you help PLEASE? PLEASE help!

Don´t worry so much about it, I am also an athlete and I get injured all of the time. To help prevent rolling your ankle you should try to watch where you are stepping so you don´t roll it again. For your pulled muscle, I would recommend stretching more, in the meantime, just ice it so it doesn´t get worse. For my pulled muscles, I also go to a chiropractor and that helps a lot with most of my injuries.
