2. Mr. Brown, a 70 year old man, has been healthy most of his life, but lately has been feeling extremely sick. He complains of malaise, fever, abdominal pain, nausea and tachycardia. She reported at the emergency department of Greater Accra Regional hospital and the following full blood count laboratory results were produced by the haematology automated analyser. A routine urine examination reveals the presence of numerous red blood cells, pus cells and schistosoma haematobium ova.
