Jay Bo Walker was a 16-year-old Caucasian Male. He presented to the ER here at Prime Time Medical Center with (C/O) intense onset of pain in his right testicular area 4 hours earlier that awakened him. The intense pain brought on vomiting. His vital signs are T 99.8, P 90, BP 131/71. The exam revealed enlargement of the right testicle which was warm and tender to the touch. Normal palpation of his abdomen. What course of action or procedures would you take in this situation?
