Off of personal experience, the anesthesia depend on if they need to give you a second dose, but normally a couple of hours after procedure. Healing will take about 1-2 weeks it will feel really slow because you can’t eat. If you dry socket it will last longer. They will give you heavy medications for when you are home. Be very careful most the time if your not careful people can get addicted. It will be in consistent pain until you take your meds. I dry socketed on both sides and it hurt like hell. As long as your careful there will be very little pain while on meds. IV profin will help also. I was taking 4 200 mg and it helped a lot.
