Complete a drug card for drugs listed for numbers 41-50 on the attached Top Drug list. For additional information on
information for drug card completion, refer to your Gauwitz text. Chapter 1 and pages 8-9. To obtain information abo
can use a PDR Internet resources, or pocket drug handbooks. Each drug card is worth 5 points. If any of the ten care
assignment are not completed, there will be a deduction of 5 points for each one.
