First determine how many adults are at the park.
28-12=16 adults
If 6 children remain at the park after 3pm, that means there are 6 children left
12-6=6
To determine how many adults are left you must figure out how many left.
8-6=2 adults missing
If 2 adults left at 3pm we can subtract that from the total number of adults
16-2 = 14 adults left at the park.
