If you want to write it verbally, please use parentheses:

V = 2pir to the second h     ought to be   V = 2*pi*r^2 *h, and you are to solve for h.  You could also write    V =2(pi)(r^2)(h), which would be clearer still.

If you want a formula for h, then please divide both sides of this equation by 
2(pi)(r^2).
