In the diagram, abcd is the cover of a book with length 30 cm and breadth 18 cm. find the length of the diagonal ac. give your answer correct to one decimal place

According to Pythagoras theorem : a^2+b^2=c^2
                                                         30^2+18^2=c^2
                                                         900+324=c^2
                                                         1224=c^2
                                                         sqrt root of 1224=c
                                                         34.9=c

Ac=34.9cm
