Two irrational and one rational number between 9 and 10

9.1 would be a rational number or 9.7 or 9.04 or any number between 9 and 10 that can also be written as a fraction.  

√82 or √96 would be an irrational  number that is between 9 and 10 or any square root larger than 81 since the √81 is 9   and below √100 since the √100= 10.
