ACTIVITY 2 - Solve the following problems applying the concepts learned about polynomial functions. Write your complete solution on a separate sheet of paper.
1. A certain store inside the Victoria Public Market is selling RTW products. Its profit can be modeled by the function p(x) = 0.003x + 0.02x38x + 50 (in pesos) where x represents the number of products sold. If there are 50 of the products sold, how much is the profit of the store?
2. The population of our beloved town, Victoria, years from now can be modeled by the function p(x) = 3x - 2x + 250x2 + 10 000. What will be the population of our town five years from now?
3. If the volume of a box (in cubic inches) can be expressed as V() 5x3 + 12x - 71x - 30 find the length if the width is x + 5 inches and the height is x-3 inches
