A cell phone producer distributes boxes of units to retail stores. A unit is either a cell phone or an accessory and each box has to have at least 8 units, but no more than 24 units. Additionally, each box can weigh at most 55 pounds. The box itself weighs 5 pounds and there is 1 pound of packing material. Cell phones weigh 3 pounds and accessories weigh 2 pounds. If x represents the number of cell phones in a box and y represents the number of accessories:

a) Write a system of inequalities that represents the constraints on the number of units that can be included in one box.
