Can anyone help me convert these?? What is 76ml of milk in cups, tablespoons, or teaspoons?

What is 38g of Egg yolk in cups, tablespoons, or teaspoons?

What is 78g of Egg white in cups, tablespoons, or teaspoons?

I'm trying to make something that is Japanese but they don't use cups, tablespoons, or teaspoons. My math keeps going wrong and my PC wont convert them for me
