If I have a buying house power of 200,000 and to build a home it's 180$ per square feet how much big of a house per square feet can i afford to build ? Will the home be big or small ? When they price a home it is by total square feet under roof. She said Take the total under rood times $180 per square feet. Anyone good In math to help me ?
