You have graduated from high school and you are planning to take a trip to celebrate your success. You have to choose between 2 trips: Flying to paris, France, with a plane ticket that costs $2628 and staying at a 3-star hotel called Hotel Crystal that charges 121.94 per night. OR You will fly to New York City with a plane ticket that costs $332 and stay at a 5-star hotel called Refinery Hotel, which charges $451.50 per night. I chose the new york option
Write a system of equations for the two plans and create a graph. Use x for the number of night you'll stay in the hotel, and y for the total cost. Use both the graphing and substitution methods to determine the solution to the system of equations. Then decide and explain which vacation you would choose.
