Serious question: I’ve been doing cardio for 30 minutes a day everyday and I’m on a diet and I’m losing fat like my love handles but my stomach isn’t getting flat or toned. Should I do more cardio or should I do ab exercises? If ab exercises can someone recommend me ab workout videos or workouts.

Btw I’m trying to slim my waist also so that’s why I’m hesitant on doing ab exercises.
