He did not pay in full for the stock of goods so he still owes $1600. He barrows $12000 from D. Bevans. After all these events he has $400 cash and $2800 in bank. Calculate the capital. Capital: $28000- 13600=$14400
Asset:$800+20000+400+4000+2800=$280 00
Liabilities: 1600+12000=$13600

T. Chin sets up a new business. Before he actually starts sells anything he buys fixtures for $2000, a motor vehicle for $5000 and stock of good for $3500. He did not pay in full for the stock of goods so he still owes $1400. J. Preston lent him $3000. After all these events he has $100 cash in hand and $2800 in bank. Calculate the capital.
