I've got a cylinder with a radius of 5.5 km and a height of 8 km. I need to fill that cylinder with lines such that there is no part of the cylinder more than 96 m away from a line. How do I figure out what percentage of the volume of the cylinder needs to be filled in order to accomplish this?​
