Suppose a Dutch oven is sold and during its first year of use the lid will need to be replaced, this happens with probability 0.07 and replacement cost is $175; the pot itself will need to be replaced with probability 0.02 and the cost is $446. If a company wants to sell a one-year insurance policy to the customer and would like to set the price of the policy $20 above the expected replacement cost, what should be the price of the policy? Round answer to a whole number.
