b.) to solve for g(5) ,, you do the exact same but with the formulae g(x) = 11x - 10

g(x) = 11x - 10

g(5) = 11(5) - 10

= 55 - 10

g(5) = 45

. we can see that f(5) is the greater quantity ,, furthermore it is greater by 35 . =

f(5) = 80 g(5) = 45

80 - 45

= 35
