You are a multi-million dollar contractor who is known across America for your work building cities. your job is to carefully read and intercept the instructions provided by the city council, then create the layout of streets and major commercial buildings for an upcoming metropolitan area. city Council Instructions:
- 8 streets total
- 4 of those must be be parallel to each other (slope cannot be 1). these are the main roadways and should be labeled 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th st.
-3 streets must intersect your main roadways at right angles. These roads should be named after famous mathematicians.
- your final road should not intersect at any right angles and can be going any direction. As the city designer, you get to pick this road name.

edit* parallel streets I have done, and I have all the streets named already. I just need help with finding an equation that would work with the perpendicular street.
