(add 2 to both sides)

(subtract 5 from both sides
x=-5

Judging by the graph, option 2 has the opposite of the zeroes needed, and thus option 3 will be the correct choice.

If you want to check option 3 further though...

(x+2)=0
x=-2

(x-5)=0
x=5

These are the correct zeroes. Option 3 is correct.
